Skylook is a plug-in for Outlook that basically integrates with Skype. I love it- it records Skype conversations, sends an email to your Outlook when you miss a call or have new voicemail, you can call your contacts directly from Outlook, on and on and on. But it does make Outlook a bit "hinky," I've suffered spontaneous crashes and restarts since I put it in. For me it is a small price to pay- I use it to record my conversations with my PhD committee, etc, so I can go back and replay as needed.
